Situated between the main island of Malta and Gozo lies Comino, a tiny car-free island measuring just 3.5 square kilometers. It is world-famous for the Blue Lagoon, a sheltered bay of glowing cyan water over brilliant white sand.
Arrive before 9:30 AM or visit in the late afternoon after 4:00 PM to avoid peak boat tour crowds and secure prime sunbathing spots along the rocky shoreline.
Ferries depart continuously throughout the day from Cirkewwa (Malta) and Mgarr (Gozo). Ticket prices range from €13 to €20 return including sea cave detours.
